Branding concept and package design for Vancouver soul band The Vanrays. Deliverables comprised an LP package, a CD package, an EP package, and several single release images tailored for music streaming platforms.

The Vanrays vintage-style branding was inspired by the timeless essence of classic soul music, reinterpreted with a modern touch. Defined by a rich, warm color palette and nostalgic textures that evoke the look and feel of the ’60s and ’70s, I incorporated elements such as colour-blocking, grainy overlays, and retro typography. Taking inspiration from vintage influences, the visual identity captures the smooth, heartfelt mood of The Vanrays, while still feeling both authentic and fresh.
